Bob Martineau is President of LHP Management, LLC, the company’s property management division. From 2011-18, Bob was commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation where he led more than 2500 employees responsible for the state environmental and energy programs as well as Tennessee’s 56 state parks.
Bob was a partner in the law firm of Waller Lansden in Nashville from 1995 to 2011. Bob’s leadership was recognized in 2018 when he received the Impact Award from the Nashville Chamber for his mentoring of young professionals. He received the Good Guy Award by the Women’s Political Collaborative of Tennessee in 2013 and was named CEO of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal in 2014. He is a Fellow in the American College of Environmental Lawyers and past president of the Environmental Council of the States. He received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati and his Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University, Minnesota.
