Justin Sigmon

Vice President of Development

Justin Sigmon is Vice President of Development and he is responsible for identifying, structuring and negotiating new real estate acquisition opportunities, as well as overseeing the underwriting and due diligence processes with state agencies, regulators and other financing partners.

Justin has more than 11 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, including, most recently, in the Community Lending and Investment group at Wells Fargo where he closed more than $650 million of direct equity investments for affordable housing transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a Real Estate Consultant at CohnReznick, where he was responsible for structuring transactions involving LIHTC, historic, renewable energy, and new markets tax credits. Justin volunteers with a nonprofit focused on helping vulnerable populations achieve financial independence through financial literacy education and other services. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
