Jacob has more than 12 years of industry experience and he most previously served as Senior Asset Manager for a portfolio of 87 properties with 5,000 units of LIHTC, HUD, PHA, RAD and Conventional.

Jacob holds various industry designations including Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), C3P Tax Credit Compliance Certification, Certified Occupancy Specialist-Public housing (COS-P), and IREM CPM Candidate. He was named Supervisor of the Year by the Kentucky Housing Corporation in 2010. Jacob is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is studying for his Tennessee real estate broker’s license.
