Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Lindsay Willis is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for LHP Capital. She joined the company in 2009 and facilitated the establishment of the Human Resources department. Lindsay is responsible for the overall administration of HR related activities within the organization as well as providing leadership recommendations to the executive team. She offers experience in employment law, employee relations, staffing and recruitment, employee benefits, safety and payroll.

Lindsay is a founding member of the Knoxville Human Resources Connection and serves on the Executive Client Advisory Board for ADP. She is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville and Chairperson of the Board of Directors for The Koinonia Foundation. Lindsay earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and holds SPHR® and SHRM-SCP® designations.
